“Koshish”, Ludhiana INDIA

I traveled to India in October 2008 with a group of 15 university fellows after being selected to participate in ‘Koshish’, an Annual PCTE Institute’s Cultural Festival organized by PCTE Group of Institutes in Ludhiana. My group fellows and I won 1^st prize in the Fashion Show Competition. It was an excellent cultural exchange programme where I got an opportunity to interact with the Indian youth. I observed and analyzed our similarities and differences and pondered over ways to reduce the distances. I socialized as much as possible so that there could be a good lasting impression on the minds of the people of that area about Pakistanis.
