I am delighted to write a reference letter for Sundas Liaqat, who has always inspired me with her resilience, determination, motivation and ambition to excel. I have known Sundas for almost 2 years in my capacity as an Assistant Professor at Iqra University, Islamabad Campus. Sundas took graduate Marketing and Management courses from me. She has always ranked amongst the top 1% of her class. Her performance is a direct result of her hard work, strong focus, and innate intelligence. Over the course of her graduate studies, I have found Sundas to be a creative, intelligent, hardworking and polite person, who works very well in teams. Her leadership qualities make her stand at an exalted position and enable her to achieve goals of excellence. I enjoy having Sundas in class because she adds insight to discussions; she participates enthusiastically, and is creative and extremely conscientious.
The projects that I assign to students in class demand extensive research and analytical skills. They require students to come up with innovative solutions to different marketing or managerial problems or to creatively go about certain marketing or management processes. Sundas always comes with the most outstanding projects and presents them with equal confidence and eloquence. One particular project that I should mention here was to connect ‘social media’ with ‘enterprise social innovation’ and give different ways in which an enterprise can exercise social innovation. Sundas presented excellent examples of various organizations exercising social innovation and gave an analysis of how companies can go about social innovation on social media quoting examples from her own experience in conducting an online fashion retail business. Her pioneering ideas of how companies can enhance their social responsibility programs were applaudable.
Based on Sundas’s grades, attendance, class participation and extra-curricular activities, I would highly recommend her for any work program. I strongly believe she has the capacity and desire to excel, in the most demanding work environments. Any organization that hires her will be fortunate, as I was to have known her. I wish her the very best for her future endeavors.
