 ENGLAND

I toured the traditional land of England in August 2011. It was a marvelous opportunity which led me to experience the traditional British culture first hand. While working with Beaconhouse Margalla Campus, I was selected to accompany Beaconhouse students for a summer camp. I lived, ate and worked with British people and thus observed and learned a lot form them. I was especially inspired by the way they work and never frown, their politeness and straight forward temperament with no pretensions. I also visited numerous castles, palaces and forts in and around London such as Hampton Court, Battle Abbey, Stonehenge, Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, Dover Castle etc. and so was educated immensely on British history. In addition, I also witnessed traditional British theatre.
