I am an initiator, a person who readily takes on responsibilities when no one is willing to come to the front. I volunteer, take control and get things going, performing the task with full responsibility, efficiency and accuracy. Extremely organized and punctual, I meet deadlines easily and am always on time. A natural leader, I rise above the group and lead its members to work together in an organized manner and achieve the required target successfully. I constantly strive to know new things, update myself and implement my observations in my own life and at work place. I am keen on exploring and understanding my own self so that I can bring out the best of me and discard the rest. I am confident, like to keep myself presentable and make every effort to be a smart voice in discussions and socialize. With that I also know when to talk and when to stay silent, listen, observe and learn. I am a dreamer.
